In some cases, your zoom settings can create a display issue where the bottom of the music becomes obscured when clicking the play or record buttons.

This typically happens because of your internet browser zoom settings. However, there are also internal zoom settings in MakeMusic Cloud that you can access by clicking the Display tab, and these independent zoom settings interact with each other.

The best practice in most cases is to set your internet browser's zoom settings to the default size (100%), test playback/recording again, and adjust MakeMusic Cloud's internal zoom settings under the Display tab if needed.

You can zoom out in your internet browser by using the relevant keyboard shortcut provided below.

• Chromebook: Press CTRL+hyphen (-). 
• Windows: Press CTRL+hyphen (-). 
• Mac: Press COMMAND+hyphen (-).
• iPad: select the A A icon in the address bar, then press the little A icon next to the percentage to zoom out.
