2. Click Forgot Password? on the login page.
3. Type in your Username or Primary Email address.
4. Click on Reset Password.
5. A message will appear saying that your Forgot Password email was sent.

If the email address (or username) you entered matches (or is linked to) an email we have on file, a message appears in your email inbox with instructions to reset your password.

If you do not receive an email, check your junk mail folder and make sure that @makemusic.com and @smartmusic.com are added to your email account's safe list.
6. Go to your email inbox and open the email from team@makemusic.com with the subject "Password reset request."
7. After opening the email, click on the Reset password button in the message.
8. You will be automatically redirected to the Reset Password page.
9. Enter the new password in both fields.

Keep in mind that your password needs to be 8 characters and must include at least one upper case character, or one numeral, or one special character.
- Make sure the passwords match in both fields before moving forward.
10. Click on Reset your password to confirm your new password.

You can now log in to MakeMusic Cloud using your new password.
