There is a known issue where submissions for Sight Reading assignments don't seem to load in the Gradebook. After the 3 loading bars complete and the submission is visible, the Recording Playback button remains grayed out and disabled. Additionally, the bottom of the submission screen reads "Loading swing options" indefinitely. However, the Download button functions as normal.

To enable the Recording Playback button, you must click somewhere in the white frame that contains the sheet music, whether that's on the music, in a blank spot, the scrollbar, or using the zoom controls. Once you have clicked in the frame, the Recording Playback button will turn purple and clicking it will begin playback like normal.

If you click the dropdown menu to select a different student submission in the top left corner, however, this workaround will not succeed when the next submission loads. You must reload the browser page entirely, after which the provided workaround will work again. To refresh a browser, click the circular arrow button next to the address bar or press F5 (Windows) or Cmd+R (Mac).

Note that this only affects content created with Sight Reading Studio and not Sight Reading exercises that are generated from content in the Music Catalog or user-uploaded content.
