I'm resident in the UK and have previously been using Finale 25. Now I need to upgrade to finale 27.4.1 to work on MacOS Sonami and I've since learnt that Make Music no longer sell/support Finale but currently do offer an offer on Dorico including a copy of Finale 27.4.1 There doesn't seem to be any contact details for the UK and on clicking 'Buy Now' it shows my account as having no record of any past transactions or orders which is not the case so I can't proceed. I've had the same serial number since buying Finale 2011 all that time ago from Make Music. My question is: how do I restablish my past user status with 'Make Music' and buy 'Dorico' along with the latest Finale software 27.4.1 Thanks for any help.

    I’m having the same problem. Moreover, I cannot recover my serial number from my past account. I upgraded my finale program in February 25 via digital download however it didn’t come with a new serial number. The purchase was all for not. Does anyone know how to get through this mess?

    I retired a couple of years ago, but still occasionally use finale.  Well, I just found out about my beloved finale (too late, evidently) and reading these previous questions/comments on this site doesn't give me much hope for finding an alternative. I can't even get the makemusic support link to come up!
