Still An Audio Volume Issue with Tablets

I know there’s a post from 4 years ago addressing this but the issue appears to still exist. I’m using MakeMusic on my iPad and have tried both Safari and Google Chrome — the playback volume is almost always very soft, regardless of canceling/allowing microphone usage and making sure the volume is at max on my device and within the playback option. This is not an issue with any of website I use so it must be an internal issue. Has anyone found a workaround yet?
