I wish we could just enter them in batch ourselves. Our district paid for all their subscriptions, and we have all their email addresses and passwords. It would save so many headaches and problems

I'm also having students claim they've joined the class, but are waiting for me to admit them, but they're not there in the "waiting/pending" area? Is there some kind of glitch/system problem we're unaware of?

Same here. I'm glad to see other people having trouble. I think I might have assigned it a few times!

Absolutely awful. I can't believe how difficult and "not" user friendly they've made this "New" Smart Music. I want to use it with my students during the crisis as they're home probably for the rest of the school year, but the interface is proving to be...
