That problem, for me, has been mostly traced to kids not following the setup directions correctly, so they didn't end up entering the class code...

Having the same issue right now. I've tried using multiple devices to open the gradebook. My student account shows that the assignments are showing up in the kids' panes, but I'm not seeing them from the teacher side. Thoughts are welcome!

Update- seems to be working now, so those issues must have been connected!

On top of this issue, my students can't open materials that I have assigned to them. Like pieces of music. They can still open essential elements, and I can still assign essential elements. But I can't assign specific pieces of music, and they can't ope...

Mine worked fine for a couple of months, then nothing today. Hoping they answer the tickets, or else my entire virtual learning curriculum is upended.

3. Paid Teacher - Free Student - Standard Class Type?

You can assign them standard music and then they can see it. Though, Smartmusic is gitching today and doesn't seem to want to work right, even though it's been doing it fine for the past almost month.
