An audio count-off is intended to be heard even when the metronome has been muted.  However, if the metronome volume slider has ever been lowered to off or nearly off, and then the user mutes the metronome, this actually changes the audio count-off to be at the volume level of the last volume slider location.  Therefore, when the metronome is muted, it can occur where the audio count-off is barely heard, or not heard at all.

This is a simple fix.  Follow these basic steps to restore the audio count-off:

1. Un-mute the Metronome.
2. Adjust the volume slider to the level you would like for the count-off.
3. If desired, re-mute the Metronome.
