Measures after a repeat will count as new measure in MakeMusic Cloud. This can cause the measure number in the Assigner page to not match the measure number in the score. Instead of typing in the measure number into the From and To sections of the assigner, you'll need to drag the cursor into the correct position. 

In the example below, typing 121 into the From field will not select the measure as the Coda is recognized as m. 145 in the Assigner. In this case, you'll want to type in a closer number that is not in the repeated section (such as m. 116) and drag the cursor onto the repeated measure.
