There is a known issue on iPads where the onscreen keyboard fails to display when text boxes are selected in Compose. This prevents the user from naming/saving an imported file.

Beyond starting documents on a desktop or laptop computer, there is no known workaround, but please click Follow in the top right corner of this page to receive updates on this issue as they are made available.
