In Essential Elements, assignments that have been created will play the student's part the first time they attempt a recording--even when the assignment was specifically created to NOT having it playing.
I have attempted to have this issue resolved via technical support, but was told they couldn't recreate it on their end and that it could be solved via the student wearing headphones.
The problem is that the student could just let the program run on the first take and get a perfect score, which would require me to listen to all the playing tests individually.
This is a bug that has been reported by multiple users since last year and needs to be addressed/fixed.
