Cynthia, Unfortunately, this is an extremely time consuming work around that should not even be necessary. This is a known and very apparent bug that needs to be fixed.

I am having the same problem. Attempting to report it over the phone and was told that internal testing on their end didn't show the issue...but once again, still happened when we tried it in class.
