Perhaps it's time to challenge the charge on my credit card.  At the very least you should start the subscription when you fix the problem.  I've gotten zero use the last 4 weeks.  My kids are back...

I am also having this problem.  I've been a smartmusic member for about 1 week.  How do I submit a ticket?  Nevermind, I figured it out.
