In some cases, the student may receive an error message while their submission is being uploaded:

If the student is on a school network or using a school-managed VPN, then the school's network may be blocking one of more of our the domains listed in our MakeMusic Cloud Network Requirements and therfore preventing submission.

While all of our URLs must be allowed, the specific URL https://sm-platform-production.s3.amazonaws.com is particularly important for students to upload and submit assignments successfully.

Once all of our URLs have been added to the school network allowlist/whitelist, students experiencing this error during submission will now be able to submit assignments without being blocked going forward.
