MakeMusic Cloud sends various email notifications, including email verification links, new user invitations, password reset links, assignment reminders, shared composition links, and more.

If you, your colleagues, or your students are not receiving our emails, please ask your IT or network administrator to confirm that messages from our sender address below are allowed through your organization’s email filtering system. This may involve them adding our address to your email allowlist or approved senders list:

It's not required that students receive emails in order to use MakeMusic Cloud. However, if they do not, then a teacher may need to manually verify their accounts after the students join their class:
