Teachers with paid access on an academic platform may add one or more co-teachers to their paid classes to assist with grading* and assigning tasks.
Co-teachers must also have paid access. They can perform the same tasks as the class' primary teacher, except for archiving classes and downgrading paid classes to free, unless the co-teacher is also a platform administrator.

To add a co-teacher(s) to your class:
- Select Manage classes from the Home screen.

- Click on the desired class name.

-
Click the Edit settings button.
Note: Classes must be linked to an academic platform and marked Paid to add co-teachers. For more information, see Creating a class and Class Types and Changing Class Type. Classes created by individual All Access subscribers do not support adding co-teachers.

- Select a colleague's name from the Co-teachers dropdown menu. Repeat this step to add multiple co-teachers.
Note: Only teachers connected to your platform with paid access can be added as co-teachers. If a colleague doens't appear in the dropdown, a platform administrator (which could be you) must invite them as a teacher to your organization. For more information, see Inviting Administrators and Teachers (Video) and Allocate Teacher Subscriptions (Video).
- Click the Update button.

- The co-teacher's name appears on the Class page.
